This 'Quick Look' presents top-level findings on the local perceptions of the governance and justice in Kandahar, Afghanistan. The report outlines those factors that are driving support for, and opposition to, groups and institutions such as GIRoA, ISAF, the ANSF and the wider insurgency. It demonstrates SCL's in-country capability and could provide a turnaround to the understanding of the security situation in Afghanistan.
